Kingsley M. Theophilus (aka Mr Speak Well) is an inspirational Speaker with a divine mandate to seek godly knowledge, to do it and to teach his generation. This mandate guides his writings, speaking, teaching and training.
With executive training exposure from Harvard Business School Boston, USA, and INSEAD Business School France, Kingsley brings divine inspiration, passion, professionalism, and hands-on practical experience with humour to make his speeches, teachings and trainings impactful and unforgettable.
As a Pastor, he carries the grace of God to teach the Word of God in such a way that lives are transformed and he is also an author, trainer, business consultant, motivational and conference speaker with passion for human empowerment and excellence.

Professional Profile
An innovative Chartered Banker and a Chartered Accountant, Kingsley Theophilus is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with the first degree in Banking and Finance and MBA in Management. He is also a Certified Practitioner, Compass Aligned Performance System C@ps; Certified Practitioner, Transactional Analysis Training Programme.
Having worked in commercial and mortgage banks where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager/Group Head, his expertise has been demonstrated in Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Product/Business Development, Financial Control and Accounting, Branch Banking Operations and Co-ordination, Training and Manpower Development, Treasury Operations and Management, Risk Management and Control, Debt Recovery and Delinquent Accounts Management as well as Retail and Business Development.
